1. Dr. Arun K Mittal: A law graduate started his career in 1971 as a Senior Management Trainee with the Shriram Group of Industries. Subsequently moved to a small engineering contracting company as Marketing Manager, responsible for erection and commissioning for Ash Handling Plants for various TPS. In 1981, he started an engineering marketing company Incom Power. He has been able to create a company recognized as suppliers of genuine spares, a committed service and has been able to make a position in the power industry today. In year 2005, he diversified into educational services with the launch of Garnet Education Private Limited. He is an active philanthropist and a very senior and a highly regarded member of Lions Club International. In Year, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate for his contribution to Humanitarian Services.

2. Madhukar Natu: Mr.Madhukar Natu, with technical background has experience in production, R & D and marketing. An electrical engineer by qualification he started his career in 1972 with M/s. Dass Hitachi Pvt. Ltd., manufacturer of energy meters and refrigeration relays. There after in 1976 he joined RBN Pune Mills Ltd. (Machine tools division) in marketing division and there after in 1977 he shifted to Bajaj Electricals Ltd and worked till 1989. He has been part of Garnet Group since then. He is an active participant in social and cultural activities for number of years.

3. Gaurav Mittal: An engineering graduate in (Electronics & Communication) from Manipal Institute of Technology, started his career in 2002 with Electronics Design firm Deccanet Designs Ltd, Bangalore. Thereafter he has worked for reputed firms like Infosys Technologies and Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2009, he joined as the Director in the group. Gaurav is a avid traveller and speaker. He spearheads the education division, environment initiatives & CSR Activities of the group.

4. Akshay Mittal: An engineering graduate in (Mechanical) from Manipal Institute of Technology. He started his career in 2006 with Quality Assurance with Fidelity Investements, US based mutual fund group, Gurgaon. In 2007, he joined as the Director of the firm. He leads the engineering divisions of the group.
