These pumps are single suction radially split horizontal shaft design High Pressure pumps having number of stages held together with tie bolts along with suction and discharge branches. Delivery flange is vertical whereas suction flange is horizontal. Closed impellers of radial flow is provided with balanced valve to take axial thrust. High tensile steel shaft with sleeves is provided. Sealing is provided with gland packing or mechanical seal.

These pumps are vertical self priming submerged centrifugal pump having column assembles. Shafts are coupled with intermediate couplings and are supported by spiders to avoid vibrations. Bottom suction and side discharge through vertical discharge pipe. Pumps can be used for upto 7 mtr deep sump. Noise and maintenance free.

These pumps are single or double casing type having large diameter shafts with short over hang design. Replaceable liners are bolted to the casing. Casing halves with external ring forcing ribs provide high operating pressure capability. Impeller with front and rear shrouds to reduce recirculation and seal contamination. These pumps have robust one piece frame cradles, the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly.

These pumps are heavy duty cantilever sump pumps having wet components highly abrasion resistant. No submerged bearing. Rigid large diameter shaft. No shaft seal required. No priming required. The vertical cantilever design with no gland or submerged bearing avoids the need for expensive gland or bearing flushing water. The screened inlets and large impeller passages reduce the risk of blockages. The pump has rigid motor mountings with positive and direct adjustment for V belt drives and hence single piece centre column support.

These are vertical axis centrifugal pumps comprising of required number of stages which accommodate rotating impellers and stationary bowl assembly. Shafts and pump unit is suspended by the column pipe containing a system of vertical shafting for transmitting power. A typical vertical turbine pump consists of mainly bowl assembly, column assembly and head assembly. Head assembly can be of surface discharge or an underground discharge head design.

Non Clog Pumps are single stage, end suction type and with open or closed impeller. These are built as clog-less pumps having conduit type or alternatively semi-open type impellers, which permit soft solids of large sizes to be handled by the pump. Shaft is supported by oil/grease lubricated antifriction bearings at two ends. Stuffing box is conveniently accessible and to keep the contamination away from packing space it can be provided with external water sealing.
